Management Traniee

We are over here at 36 Nagar Nigam Colony in Raipur. Most people know this area as Samta Colony. It’s a decent spot in Chhattisgarh. Management Traniee is the name on the door, and we’ve been operating out of this building for a while now. It’s not a high-rise office or anything like that. It’s more of a local house that we’ve converted into a workspace. You’ll find us sitting around the main room most days. There is a lot of back-and-forth communication going on. We don’t have a lot of fancy furniture. Most of it is just stuff we’ve picked up over the years. Raipur can get pretty hot, so we usually have the fans going full blast. We don't really have a big staff. It's just a few of us trying to keep things organized. The colony is a good place to be because it’s familiar. We know the neighbors and the shops around the corner. We don't have a polished pitch or any marketing brochures to give out. If you come by, you’ll just see us working. It’s a bit casual here. Sometimes we have tea together and talk about things other than work. We just want to get through the day’s tasks without too much fuss. It’s a practical way to run things, and it works for us in this part of Raipur. We try to keep the place tidy but with so much going on, there’s usually a bit of a mess by Friday.
