Makaan.Com (People Group)

We are based out of Bijoygarh in Jadavpur, specifically at 1/45A. If you know the area, you know it’s a busy spot with lots of students and small shops everywhere. This is where we handle the Makaan.com stuff for the People Group. It’s basically a small office where we deal with property listings and talk to people looking for homes. The walls are a bit plain and we’ve got a few old desks, but it works for what we need to do. Jadavpur has its own rhythm, and we are right in the middle of it. Some days are just spent updating files and making sure the addresses are right. We don't do much fancy stuff here. We just try to help people find a place to stay or sell their old spots without too much trouble. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the tea guy is late, and that’s just a normal Tuesday for us. We’ve been at this Kolkata 700032 location for a while. It’s a practical setup. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. People drop by sometimes to ask about houses, and we just show them what we have on the books. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of paperwork, but it keeps us busy from morning till evening. It is a humble place, but it gets the job done for the neighborhood.
