Mads Entertainment C.I.T Rd

Jannagar Road is always a bit of a squeeze. If you’ve ever been to 41/C, you know exactly what I mean. Our office for Mads Entertainment is right there, near the CIT Road stretch. It’s a busy part of Kolkata, 700017, where there is always something going on outside the window. The building itself is older, with those heavy doors and a bit of a musty smell in the hallways when it rains. We have been here for a long time. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, a few old posters, and piles of paperwork that never seem to get smaller. We aren’t a huge corporation with a human resources department on every floor. It’s just a few of us trying to keep things moving. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just talking across the room to each other. Lunch usually happens at our desks while we watch whatever is on the small TV in the corner. The walk from the main road can be a bit of a trek if you aren't used to the humidity here. We know the neighbors pretty well, from the shop owners to the guys who deliver the mail. It’s a loud, messy, and very real place to work. There’s no polished reception area to impress people. You just walk in and see us working. It feels like home after a while, even with all the noise. We just do our thing every day without any fuss.
