We are located in the MIRG Complex, which is in the Santoshpur area near Kalinagar in Maheshtala. It’s a part of 24 Parganas South that’s always got something going on. Our office is tucked inside the complex, and it’s where we handle all the fashion business. It’s not the most impressive space you’ll ever see, just plenty of desks, heaps of samples, and a lot of paperwork. We spend most of our hours here coordinating with different people and trying to keep our schedules on track. Sometimes things don’t go perfectly, shipments might be late or a fabric color isn't quite what we expected, and we just have to deal with it. We aren't a big, polished company. We’re just regular people trying to run a business in Maheshtala. The local tea stall is where we usually go when we need to clear our heads for a few minutes. Being in a complex like MIRG means there’s a lot of noise from other businesses, but we’re used to it. We just focus on what’s in front of us. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with all the different styles and orders we’re trying to manage at the same time. We don't have any fancy slogans or marketing talk. We just show up every day, do the work, and try to keep everything moving along as best as we can. It's a simple operation really.
