We are located over in Kolkata, specifically at Jyangra. If you know the area, we are in the Bhawani North View building on the second floor of Block D. It’s not a huge place, but it works for what we do here. Most days start with opening up the shutters and checking what came in the day before. The stairs up to the second floor can be a bit much when it's humid out, which is pretty much all the time in West Bengal. We spend a lot of our time looking at lists and making sure the medicine boxes are where they should be. It gets busy around noon. There’s a lot of traffic outside near Dakhin Math, so you can always hear the horns and the people shouting. We’ve been at this for a while now. The team here is just a few local people who live nearby. We don’t have fancy furniture or anything like that. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of shelving. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out. It’s just how things go in this part of town. We keep things simple because that’s easier for everyone. We handle the paperwork and get things sent out to where they need to go. It’s just a regular job for us in a regular neighborhood. We try to stay organized but things can get a little messy sometimes.
