Leading Edge (An Event Management Co.)

Leading Edge is an event management company located at 28T/1 R.K.Samadhi Road. We are in the 700 054 area of Kolkata. Our office isn’t much to look at from the outside. It’s just a regular building on R.K.Samadhi Road. Inside, it’s mostly desks, phones, and a lot of lists. We spend our days calling vendors and checking on arrangements. Managing events is mostly about making sure people show up on time and the equipment works. It’s a lot of stress but we’re used to it. We don't have a big corporate team. It’s just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We know the local suppliers and where to get the best prices for tents or sound systems. Sometimes the office gets really loud when we have a big event coming up. We have files piled up on every surface. We don't really do the fancy "event planner" look. We’re more about the practical side of making things happen. If a light goes out or a caterer is late, we're the ones who have to fix it. People find us because we’ve worked at their friend’s party or a local community center. We just keep our heads down and do the job. It’s a lot of long hours, especially on weekends, but that is just the nature of the business.
