The office we have here in Kol-59 is at Tg-2/14 on R Rd. It is not the kind of place you would see in a magazine. We have some old desks and chairs that have been around since we started. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint but nobody really has the time to move all the shelves. Kolkata is a loud city and the traffic on R Rd never really stops. We can hear the buses and the horns all afternoon. It has become a background noise we do not even notice anymore. There is a small corner where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for when people stop by. We are just a small team trying to stay on top of things. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we all just take a break and talk about what we are doing for dinner. We do not have any big corporate rules here. We just show up and do the work that needs to be done today. If someone is late because of the rain, it is no big deal. We understand how life is. The floor tiles are a bit chipped near the entrance. We put a small rug over it to stop people from tripping. It is a simple place where we feel comfortable. We handle our tasks without making a big fuss about it. That is just how we like to run things here.
