We started Labard Instruchem Pvt. Ltd. some time ago and we’ve been operating out of P-44 Ajoy Nagar Colony in Dum Dum ever since. It’s a busy little corner of the world. Our office isn't anything you’d see in a magazine. It’s just a place where we keep our records and handle the chemicals and instruments that people need for their work. Dum Dum is a crowded place, and Ajoy Nagar Colony has its own rhythm. We see the same neighbors every morning when we open up. It feels like a real community here. We don't really bother with big advertisements or fancy websites. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone they know told them we have what they need. The shelves are usually full and there’s always a bit of dust because of the road outside. We spend our days checking orders and talking to people who come in looking for specific lab supplies. It’s a simple life and we like it that way. We don't try to act like a big corporation because we aren't one. We’re just local people doing a job. Sometimes the power goes out or the rain makes the street a bit messy, but we just keep at it. It’s about being reliable for the folks who count on us. We've got our routine down now. That's just how things go at our place in Ajoy Nagar. It might not be fancy, but it is ours and we take pride in just being here every day.
