La-Chemico Pvt. Ltd. is based on the first floor of 66/1A on Baithak Khana Road. If you know this road, you know it’s always packed with people and vendors. It’s a very old part of the city, and the building reflects that. We are up on the first floor, which gives us a bit of a view of the street below, though mostly it’s just a lot of noise and movement. The space isn’t very large, but it’s where we’ve been for quite some time. Baithak Khana Road has a lot of history, and being here feels like being in the heart of things. We have a simple setup upstairs. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, and they can be a bit narrow and worn, but once you’re inside, it’s a solid workspace. We handle our daily operations from this single floor. It gets quite busy, especially when we have deliveries coming or going through the crowded street. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s not a modern glass building by any means. It’s an old-school structure with thick walls and high ceilings. We just do our work here without making a big deal out of it. It’s a practical location for us, even with the chaos of the main road just outside our door. The ceiling fans hum all day long. Sometimes the noise from the street gets loud, but we just leave the windows open for the air anyway.
