Kunal Chemical Industries

If you ever come to Old China Bazar Street, you know how crowded it gets. It is a maze of people and carts. We are located at number 9, right on the third floor in Suite 49. Climbing those stairs every day is a workout in itself, especially when the lift is acting up again. Kunal Chemical Industries has been operating out of this small office space for a while now. The rooms are filled with the smell of paper and whatever samples we have lying around. It is mostly just phone calls and tracking shipments of industrial chemicals all day long. My desk is covered in sticky notes because I can't seem to remember everything otherwise. We have a small window that looks out over the rooftops, but there isn't much of a view. It’s mostly just laundry hanging out and other buildings. The noise from the street below never really stops until late at night. We deal with suppliers and factory owners who need things delivered on time. Sometimes there are delays with the trucks, and we have to spend the afternoon making calls to figure out where things went wrong. It’s not a glamorous business, and the office gets a bit stuffy in the summer heat. We just keep the fan running and keep working through the pile of invoices on the table. That is pretty much how a typical day goes for us here. We stay until the work is finished for the evening.
