Amochem

Amochem operates out of Plot No. 48, Block-B, on Bangur Avenue. It’s a busy neighborhood with a mix of residential and small commercial spots. Our office and storage are right there on the plot, making it easy for us to manage everything in one place. We deal with chemical supplies, mainly serving local industrial clients and smaller workshops that need specific materials in smaller quantities. It’s not a glamorous business by any means. The walls are lined with metal shelving holding all sorts of containers, and there is usually a faint scent of alcohol or vinegar in the air. We keep our own books and handle our own deliveries most of the time. Bangur Avenue can get quite congested with traffic, so we usually try to get our big shipments in early in the morning before the rush starts. We aren't a giant company with a board of directors; we are just a few people who understand the chemical trade. Our desks are covered in old files and notes about pending orders. We don’t believe in using fancy jargon or making big promises. We just tell our customers what we have in stock and when we can get it to them. Sometimes the machinery we use for decanting breaks down, and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it ourselves. It is a very hands-on kind of job, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
