We are based in Kolkata, specifically on the second floor of a building at 1506 Rajdanga Main Road in Shantipally. If you know the area, it is quite a lively place with plenty going on at all hours of the day. We have been running Konnect Systems from this spot for a while now. The office is tucked away, so you have to head up to the second floor to find where we all sit. It’s mostly desks and computers here, where we spend our mornings and late afternoons working through different system tasks. Shantipally is a good neighborhood, and being on the main road helps us stay connected to what is happening around the city. We do a lot of tech work, mostly focusing on systems and how they talk to each other. It’s not always easy, and some days are definitely longer than others when something isn't working right or a deadline is looming over us. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that, just a functional space where we drink a lot of tea and get through the mountain of paperwork that builds up. The humidity in Kolkata can be a bit much in the summer, but the office stays okay for the most part. We handle things as they come and try not to overthink it. People around here know us as the guys who deal with the technical stuff. We just try to do a decent job every day and keep things moving for everyone.
