Our place is at 171 in the Metropolitan Cooperative Housing Society, specifically in Sector A. It’s a bit of an interesting location for a chemical company because it feels more residential than industrial, but it works for our administrative needs. We deal with the trade and supply of various chemicals, mostly managing the paperwork and the sales side of things from this office. It’s a private limited setup, but we operate more like a small family business where everyone wears a few different hats. Some days we are buried in inventory lists, and other days we are just trying to coordinate with transport companies to get drums of chemicals delivered across the state. We’ve been here long enough that the guards at the society gate know us well. It’s a bit quiet in Sector A, which helps when we need to focus on some of the more complicated chemical data we handle. We don't go in for all the corporate talk about being leaders in the field. We just know our products and we know who needs them. The office is usually filled with the sound of old printers and people talking on their mobiles. It’s a real, working environment where things aren't always perfect, but the work gets done by the end of the day. We just take things one order at a time and try to keep our clients happy without any unnecessary drama or complicated processes.
