The building has that old feel to it, which is pretty common around here. Every morning, the walk from where we park to the front door involves dodging rickshaws and people rushing to work. Inside, the atmosphere is mostly about the business of industry. We aren't really the type to have a flashy lobby or soft music playing. It’s more about the folders, the ledgers, and the constant hum of work happening. We talk about production, shipping, and the stuff that keeps the gears turning. Sometimes the dust from the street gets in, but we just wipe the desks and keep going. We have some long-time staff who know every corner of this place and where every file is hidden. It’s not always quiet; there is usually someone talking on the phone or a delivery being coordinated at the entrance. We drink a lot of tea to stay focused throughout the day. The windows don’t offer much of a view, just other buildings and the busy street below. We don’t spend much time on decorations. Most of the space is taken up by things we actually need for the job. It’s a solid place to work if you don't mind the noise.
