We are located over at 3C, Camac Street. It is a pretty well-known area in the city, which makes it easy for people to find us without getting lost. Khemani Udyog Pvt. Ltd. is mostly involved in industrial operations and trading. Our office is a mix of old heavy wooden desks and a couple of newer computers that we got last year. We are not trying to be fancy or impress anyone who walks in. The work involves a lot of coordination with various factories and suppliers across the region. We spend a lot of time on the telephone talking to people. Camac Street is always buzzing with people, so there is a lot of noise and energy around us all day. We have been in this particular business for a long time. The original founders started very small and we have just kept the wheels turning since then. We have some heavy files in the cabinets that go back decades. It is interesting to see how things have changed, though the core of what we do is pretty much the same every day. We handle a lot of logistics and paperwork. Sometimes things go wrong, like a truck getting stuck in the mud or a shipment being late, and we just have to sit down and fix it. There is no real magic to the job. It is just hard work and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the month. We are not a corporate giant.
