Our office for Kautilya Technical Services is located at 149/2 B.B Chatterjee Road in the Kasba area of Kolkata. If you’ve ever walked down this road, you know it’s full of life and quite a bit of noise from the street. We’ve been in this building for some time now, and we’re used to the sounds of the neighborhood. The work we do is technical, involving a lot of planning and looking at various service requirements. It’s not the kind of thing that makes for an exciting story, but it’s what we know how to do. The office is a bit old-fashioned, with wooden desks and shelves full of old records and manuals. We don’t really see the point in changing things just for the sake of looking modern. We value the way we’ve always done things here. Most of us have been working in Kolkata for years, so we understand how the local business scene works. We drink a lot of tea and spend our afternoons going through technical specs and making sure everything is in order. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the street outside a bit of a mess, but we just stay inside and keep working. It’s a steady pace here, and we don't feel the need to rush things. We just want to do our job and go home to our families.
