Joy Ram Metal Hooks

Our business, Joy Ram Metal Hooks, is situated in Madhya Nilachal in the Birati area. We are right near Pratibha Furnishing. It is a residential neighborhood mostly, so it's a bit quieter than being in a big industrial park. We work out of a small space that we’ve modified over the years. You can hear the sound of metal clicking and clanking throughout the day. We don’t have any big machines, just some hand tools and smaller equipment. The floor is concrete and can get pretty cold in the winter. We have a small tea stall just a few doors down where we go for breaks. It’s a local operation, and most of us live just a few streets away. We don't have a website or anything like that. People usually just stop by if they need something or give us a call on the landline. The walls are covered with old calendars and notes we’ve scribbled over time. It’s not a polished place, but it works for what we do. We take things one day at a time and try to keep up with the orders. It’s a small, family-style environment where everyone knows everyone else’s business. We’ve been part of this community for quite a while now. The rain sometimes leaks through the roof, but we just put a bucket under it and keep going. It’s just how we operate. We have a small radio that only picks up one station.
