Interactive Manpower Solutions

We are tucked away at 9/13 Chanditala Lane over in the Tollygunj area. Most people know this part of Kolkata for the movie studios, but we are just a regular office doing manpower work. It is a bit of a maze getting through these narrow lanes sometimes. Our office space is not anything like what you would see on a television show. It is a basic ground-floor room with a few computers and several chairs for visitors. We spend most of our hours talking to people who are searching for new jobs. It involves a lot of listening and writing down details in our notebooks. We do not have a big marketing budget or a team of people to run a website. It is just us doing the best we can. We have been here in Tollygunj for a long time, so we have gotten to know the neighborhood and the people living here. Sometimes when it rains, the lane gets a bit messy and muddy, but we just deal with it. We try to keep the place organized, though it does not always stay that way when we are busy with a lot of candidates. There is always someone coming or going through the front door. We mostly focus on finding people for different types of roles in various companies. It is steady work that keeps us on our toes. We are happy being a small part of the local community.
