Integrid Media Private Limited is based in Jamshedpur, over in the Telco Colony area. Our specific address is K-21/5. It’s a pretty decent part of town to work in. Jamshedpur is a bit different from the big coastal cities; it feels a bit more structured because of the industrial history here. We handle media work, which means a lot of computer time and planning. The office isn't anything spectacular to look at. It's just a functional space where we can get our work done without being disturbed. We have a small team of people who live nearby. Most of us walk or take a quick ride to get here. The colony is usually quiet during the day while everyone is at work. We deal with various media projects for different people. It’s a mix of stuff depending on the week. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and go home to our families. Sometimes we have to work through the weekends if a project is behind, but we try to keep a normal schedule. The weather in Jharkhand can be quite harsh in the summer, so we stay inside with the fans going. It’s a straightforward business. We’ve been here for a bit and we plan to stay. We just do our best with what we have. It’s a good place to be.
