You can find Initiate Consultants over at 114 Rajani Mukherjee Road. It's a well-known street in Kolkata, and we've been operating out of this specific spot for some time now. Being in the 700038 area means we get a lot of local traffic passing by. The office itself is pretty basic. We spend most of our time sitting at our desks, working on various consulting projects that come our way. It isn't always exciting, but it’s the work we do and we stick to it. There’s a tea stall not too far away where we usually grab a quick break during the afternoons. Sometimes the street gets a bit noisy with all the cars and people outside, but once you’re inside, it’s manageable. We don't have a massive team, just a few of us making sure everything stays on track for our clients. The office layout is a bit cramped because we have a lot of files and equipment taking up space. We usually start our mornings early and stay until the work is finished. It’s a practical setup for what we need. People come in and out for meetings, and we just try to keep things as professional as possible without making a big deal out of anything. We like being in this part of the city. It feels like a real community where everyone is just trying to get through their workday. It is a solid place to be for us.
