You can find us at Jayeeta Apartment, specifically in Flat-2. We are located in Aravinda Pally, which is part of Noapara in Barasat. It’s a bit of a journey from the main Kolkata hub, but we like it out here at Kolkata-124. Being in an apartment makes the workspace feel more like a home than a cold office. Ideas Sports Management Group is the name on the door, though most locals just know us by the faces they see every day. The rooms are filled with folders and planners. Since we handle sports management, there is always a phone ringing or someone checking a schedule for a local tournament. The apartment stays relatively quiet compared to the main Barasat roads. We have a small balcony where we sometimes stand to get some air during a long afternoon. The stairs in the building are a bit steep, so we get our exercise just coming to work. We don't have a lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just knock on Flat-2 and someone will open up. It is honest work and we don't try to dress it up with corporate talk. It is just us, sitting in an apartment in Aravinda Pally, trying to make sure the sports events we manage go off without any major problems. That is really the whole story of this place.
