We are located at 549/4 P.K. Guha Road in the Radhanagar area. Specifically, you’ll find us in Radhaabasan on the second floor, at Flat No. 9. It’s a bit of a different setup than what people might expect from a big name, but it works for what we do here in Kolkata. Being in a residential-style building makes it feel more like a community. We don't have a giant sign or a lobby with a receptionist. You just come up to the second floor and we are there. P.K. Guha Road can be quite lively, but once you’re inside the flat, it’s mostly just the sound of keyboards and people working through their lists. We handle various services from this office. It’s a practical space. We have our desks, our computers, and plenty of chai to keep us going through the afternoon. The neighborhood of Radhanagar is pretty convenient for most of the staff. We’ve got a good view of the street from the balcony of the flat. It is a straightforward operation. We don’t have much use for fancy office furniture or polished marketing materials. We just focus on getting the service work done correctly. Every day is about checking the details and making sure nothing gets missed. It is a quiet, steady rhythm we have going here in Flat 9. It’s just us doing our jobs in a way that makes sense for the local environment.
