Hrm Consortium

Hrm Consortium is based out of a flat in Neelanjana Apartment. We are specifically in Flat No. 202 on Paramhansa Dev Road in Kolkata. Living and working in the same neighborhood is quite common around here. The pincode is 700 027 if you're looking for it. It's a regular apartment building, so it doesn't feel like a big corporate office at all. We have neighbors who are just living their lives, and then there's us in 202 doing our HR work. It gets a bit busy around lunchtime with all the smells from the different kitchens in the building. We've been here for quite some time and the locals know us. We don't have a big sign on the street, just a small one by the door. Inside, we've turned the rooms into workspace. It’s a bit tight when we have more than a couple of people visiting, but we make it work. Kolkata has a certain pace, and we definitely follow that. We aren't in a rush to become a global giant. We just handle the human resources stuff for the folks who ask us. It’s honest work. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we take the stairs. It keeps us moving. Paramhansa Dev Road is a nice enough area, even if the traffic gets backed up in the evenings. We just keep our heads down and do the job as best we can. It’s a simple setup.
