This office is situated in Manoj Vihar, which is in the Indirapuram area of Ghaziabad. We are at H-116. It is a residential neighborhood, so it is a bit quieter than being right on the main highway. Himadri Chemical and Industries Ltd has been using this space for a while now. It is a regular house that we have converted into an office space. It has a bit of a homey feel, honestly. We do not have a big sign outside, just a small one near the gate so people don't get lost. The staff here is small, and we mostly deal with the administrative side of things. Ghaziabad can be quite a hectic city, but Manoj Vihar is a bit more tucked away from the noise. We have got some trees around, which is nice in the summer when the sun is out. We do not do any manufacturing here, it is mostly just the office work and answering calls. We drink a lot of chai and get through the files together. Sometimes the neighbor's dog barks during meetings, but we do not mind. It is a real place with real people working inside. We are not trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. If you come by, you will just see us working at our desks. It is a straightforward way to run things. We have found that being in a quiet spot helps us focus better.
