Hansa Events And Activations

We are based out of Flat No. 135 in the Rail Vihar complex in Kolkata. Rail Vihar is a pretty big residential area, so it’s easy to get lost if you don't know the building numbers. Being in an apartment means we have a very different vibe than a standard commercial office. It’s a lot more quiet, which is nice when we are trying to plan out events and activations. We use the main living area as our workspace, with desks pushed up against the walls to make room for all the supplies we need. There are always boxes of promotional materials or decorations sitting around in the corners, waiting for the next event. We spend a lot of time on our laptops and on the phone, talking to vendors and clients. The kitchen is where we make endless cups of tea and coffee to keep us going during the busy season. It’s a practical setup for us because it keeps the overheads low and lets us focus on the actual work. From the window, you can see the other buildings in the complex and the trees. It’s a comfortable place to work, even if it’s a bit cramped when we have a big project going on at the same time. We don’t have any fancy signage, just the number on the door. It’s a real, hardworking little office where we just focus on getting the job done.
