Government Organisation

This office is a Government Organisation located in Howrah, specifically at Dakshinee Apartment. We are on the 3rd floor, Flat No. E, at 30/26/1 Andul Road. It's a typical office environment where we handle a lot of public-related tasks. Being in West Kolkata, we see a lot of people coming in for various reasons. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift is having a bad day. Inside, it's mostly rows of desks with heaps of files and ledgers. We follow the usual government hours, so things get pretty busy between ten and five. We deal with a lot of administrative work that keeps the local area functioning. It isn't always fast-paced, but there is always a lot to get through. The staff here has been around for a long time. We know the rules and the procedures. We don't really do "branding" because we are just here to serve the public. Andul Road is a major path, so it's easy for people to find us. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about local news. It’s a practical place with no frills. We have the usual fans humming overhead and the sound of stamps hitting paper. It’s just a standard government office doing what needs to be done for the people of Howrah every day. We handle the paperwork and the queries as they come in, making sure things are done by the book without any fuss.
