Our office is at 18/5, Ballygunge Place East, which is a busy and well-known part of Kolkata. Gotocustomer Services India (P) Ltd. has been based at this address for quite some time now. It’s a Private Limited company, but the office itself feels very local and down-to-earth. We don't go in for anything too polished or corporate in how we run the place. Mostly, we just focus on dealing with customer service needs for the people who hire us. There is always someone on the phone or typing away at a keyboard. The traffic on Ballygunge Place can be quite a nightmare during the rush hours, especially when the schools nearby are letting out. We have our desks set up and everyone just gets on with their tasks. We are a small group of people who have worked together for a bit. We don't use a lot of fancy business talk or try to sound more important than we are. We just take care of the work that comes in every day. The building is an older one but it’s sturdy and has everything we need to keep things moving. We take our breaks, talk about the news, and keep the coffee going. It is just a regular office where we try to stay organized and do right by the people we work for. Nothing more and nothing less than that. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
