Our place is on Halisahar Station Road, in the Nabanagar area of North 24 Parganas. It’s a good distance from the main part of Kolkata, but we like it here. Goto Customer Services P Ltd has been at this location for a decent stretch of time. Being right on the station road means there is always a lot of noise and people moving about. You can hear the trains and the crowds all day long. We don't have a fancy office building; it’s just a regular space where we do our customer service work. We have a small team of local people who come in every day to handle the phones and the paperwork. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit. We just dress comfortably and get on with the tasks. We don't have any polished marketing talk to give anyone. We just focus on the service we provide and try to be helpful. The tea stall at the corner is where we spend most of our breaks. It’s a busy, practical environment. Some days are more stressful than others, but we just keep at it. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while and we know how things work around here. It’s a simple, honest setup and it fits us well. We don't try to make things sound more complicated than they actually are. We just take it one day at a time and do our work.
