Ghosh, Bose & Associates Pvt Ltd is located in Nangi Chatterjee Para, over by Batanagar. Being in the 700140 area of West Bengal means we are away from the main city center of Kolkata, which we actually prefer. Our office is a straightforward place where we get together every morning to handle whatever has come in. It’s an old-fashioned sort of workspace in some ways. We have lots of physical records and books because that is just how we grew up doing things. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, mostly residential around us, so it’s a good place to focus. We aren't into fancy office furniture or expensive gadgets. As long as the pens work and the computers stay on, we are happy enough. We’ve known some of the people who come here for years. It’s more of a community feel than a cold business transaction. Sometimes we stay late when a project needs it, and other times we might close up a little early if things are slow. We don't have a big marketing budget or a social media manager. We just exist here in Chatterjee Para and do the work that needs doing. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We try to be fair and just get through the day-to-day tasks. Most of the time, the air is fresh enough from the nearby trees.
