Fleet Management

We run Fleet Management from our office at G-8 in Ananada Nagar. It’s right near the Thakurpukur police station and post office. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty crowded around there. Managing a fleet isn't exactly a quiet job. There is always something to track or a driver to talk to. We keep our records in order and try to stay on top of the schedules. It’s a lot of logistical stuff that most people don't really think about until they need a vehicle. Our space here isn't very big, but it serves its purpose. We have some maps on the wall and a few old chairs for when people stop by to chat. Kolkata traffic is something else, so we spend a lot of time looking at clocks and checking routes. It’s practical work. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just make sure the cars and trucks go where they are supposed to go. Sometimes things break down or there's a delay, and we have to fix it on the fly. That’s just part of the daily grind. We’ve been in Thakurpukur for a while now and we know the neighborhood well. It’s a solid place to work from. We just keep our heads down and do the job as best as we can every day. It's not always perfect but we get the cars where they need to go.
