Fixol Dee Chem Pvt. Ltd. is situated at No. 226 D. H. Road, right by the Behala Thana. It’s a busy location, and the sound of traffic from D. H. Road is something you just learn to live with. We deal with various chemicals for industrial use, so the office always has a bit of a specific smell to it. It’s not a fancy place by any means. We have our desks and our storage area, and that’s about it. We’ve been operating out of this Behala spot for quite a few years now. Most of our days are spent taking orders over the phone or through emails and then coordinating the deliveries. It’s a lot of logistics and making sure we follow all the safety rules. We have a small group of staff who have been with us for a long time. We don't really bother with big corporate meetings or anything like that. We just talk across the room when we need to figure something out. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several orders come in at once, but we manage to get through it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to provide what our customers need and keep the business going. It’s a practical, everyday kind of job, and we’re happy enough with that for now.
