We are located over in Dumdum, right at 158 Purbo Sinthee Lane. If you know the area, we're quite close to the old Ex Military Camp. It’s a recognizable landmark for most people around here. This part of Kolkata has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a part of it over the years. Our building isn't anything extraordinary, just a functional space where the team gathers. Firstsource Solutions Ltd has a lot of people coming and going throughout the shift. It gets pretty noisy when everyone is working at once, but that's just the nature of what we do. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls. Mostly, it's just desks, computers, and people trying to get their tasks finished. Sometimes the commute through Dumdum can be a bit of a headache with the traffic, but we manage. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just handle the business we’re given. Some of us have been here for years, while others are newer faces. We have our routines, our tea breaks, and the usual office chatter. It’s a grounded kind of place. We don't go for the corporate polish you see in the big tech parks. We’re just here on Purbo Sinthee Lane, doing our bit and making sure the work gets handled properly every day. It's a long day sometimes, but we get through it together as a team. We are just a group of people keeping things moving in our corner of West Bengal.
