First Source Solutions Ltd is found at Mousumi Sinha M-Block, H/No-273, over in Sukanta Nagar, Salt Lake, Sector-Iv, Kolkata. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but it’s where we spend our time. Salt Lake is a busy part of the city, and Sector-Iv always has something going on. Our office is a straightforward place. We don’t have any of those modern bean bags or ping pong tables you hear about. It’s just desks, chairs, and people working. Mousumi keeps things running mostly. We deal with various tasks that come our way, usually involving a lot of data and talking to people on the phone. Kolkata can be quite humid, so we are always glad when the power stays on and the fans keep spinning. We’ve had some good years here and some tough ones too. That’s just how business goes. We don't have a marketing department telling us what to say. We just tell it like it is. If someone asks what we do, we just say we handle solutions. It’s a bit vague, but it covers a lot of ground. We are just a group of people trying to do a good job in a busy city. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about football or the local news. It’s a regular job and we like the people we work with.
