Firecon Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is located at 11/1, Rishi Bankim Chandra Road in the Dumdum area. If you know Dumdum at all, you know it is a place with a lot of old buildings and very busy, crowded roads. Our office is inside one of those older structures along the main road. It has a lot of character, even if the stairs are a bit steep and the hallways are narrow. Inside, it is just a normal, busy office. We have our desks and chairs squeezed in wherever they fit. The walls are mostly covered with old maps, diagrams, and charts that we need to refer to for our consulting work. It is not the most modern or stylish space, but it is where we do all our hard thinking and planning. The noise from the traffic on Rishi Bankim Chandra Road is something you hear all day long, but we have mostly learned to block it out. We usually start the morning by going through our notes and checking the schedule for the week. Sometimes we have to go out to meet people at their sites, but when we are here, we are usually busy with a lot of paperwork. There is a small tea stall just a few doors down where we get our drinks. It is a very local way of doing things. We don't have any flashy signs or corporate branding. People come to us because they know we have been in Dumdum for a long time.
