We are located at 1 A, Hatta Ditch Lane in Baghbazar, right in a busy part of Kolkata. Our workplace is actually at Animesh Chatterjee’s place, so it is more of a home-office setup than a big corporate building. Most days are spent sitting at our desks, looking at screens, and trying to handle the tech work that comes our way. The lane outside is always full of life with people walking by and vendors shouting throughout the day. We have been working from this spot for quite a while now. It feels comfortable because it is just a regular house that we turned into a workspace. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet gets a bit slow, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else in the neighborhood. We are not trying to be some massive company, just a small group doing the jobs we have on the table. People come in and ask for help with their software or paperwork, and we do what we can to get it sorted. It gets a bit crowded when the whole team is here at once, but we manage. The tea shop around the corner is where we usually end up during our breaks. We do not have fancy machines or a lounge. It is just us, some computers, and the daily grind in Baghbazar. We keep things simple and focus on the work right in front of us.
