Facilities Management

Our office is right on 16/A S.N.Chatterjee Road, which is over in the Behala part of Kolkata. It's not a very big place, just a regular building where we handle the day-to-day facilities management stuff. Most of the time we are busy with things like fixing leaks or making sure the electrics are working okay in the properties we look after. It gets pretty noisy on the road outside with all the rickshaws and buses going past, but we don't mind it much. We have a small team here and we mostly just focus on getting the work done without making too much of a fuss. The office has a few desks and a lot of keys hanging on the wall. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with all the paperwork, but we know where everything is. We don't have any fancy marketing people or anything like that. It's just us. We've been in Behala for a long time, so we know the local area quite well. If there's a problem with a building, we just go out and try to sort it. It isn't always perfect, and sometimes we have to wait for parts to arrive, which can be annoying. We just try to keep things running as best as we can. Usually, we end the day by double-checking the schedule for the next morning before we head home. It's basic work but it keeps us busy.
