Eta

We are based over in Malad East, specifically at Raheja Complex. Our office is in Flat No. 605 of the Sundaram 1B building. Mumbai is a fast-moving city, and being here in Malad means we are right in the middle of all that noise and energy. We’ve named the company Eta, and we just handle the day-to-day operations from this apartment. It’s a small space, but it’s enough for what we need to get done. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist greeting people at the door. Most of our work happens on computers and over the phone. We deal with various business tasks that come our way. Sometimes the lifts in the building are slow, and the traffic outside is always a mess, but we make it work. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't use big buzzwords or try to sound more important than we are. We just take the work as it comes and try to be honest with the people we deal with. Living and working in the same general area helps us keep costs down. It’s a practical choice. We spend a lot of time just keeping track of details and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. It’s not glamorous, but it’s how we’ve been doing things for a while now in Mumbai 4.
