Eaternia

Running Eaternia over here in Bangur Avenue takes up most of my day. We are located at 55, Block-C, which is pretty easy to find if you know where Nivedita High School is. We’re right near Kalika Sweets too. Kolkata is a big city but this little corner feels like home. I spend a lot of time just making sure everything is ready before the doors open. Some days the traffic on the avenue is terrible, but people still find their way to us. We’ve got a small team here. We aren't some big chain. It’s just us trying to keep things moving. The 700055 zip code has a lot of families, so we see a lot of the same kids from the school. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when classes let out. I usually have to tell them to settle down a bit. The shop isn't fancy. The chairs are old but they are comfortable enough. We try to keep the place tidy, though sometimes the floor gets dusty with all the foot traffic. Kolkata weather can be tough on the building, but we manage. We’ve been here long enough that we know the neighbors well. If you are looking for us, just look for the block near the high school. It’s a plain building, nothing flashy. We just focus on getting the food out on time. That's really all there is to it.
