Dhimanchoudhury

I am located at Flat Number 14, P-57 in Block A of Bangur Avenue. It is a busy residential and commercial mix in Kolkata. Dhimanchoudhury is the name I go by for everything I do here. The flat is on an upper floor, so I get a decent view of the street below. Bangur Avenue is always moving, with cars and rickshaws constantly going up and down. I have set up my workspace in one of the rooms. It is a practical arrangement. I don't have a big reception area or shiny signs. People just know to come to Block A and look for P-57. I sit at my desk, handle my calls, and do whatever needs finishing. It can get a bit hot in the summer, even with the fan going full blast. The building is a bit older, so you hear the neighbors sometimes, but it doesn't bother me. I like the familiar sounds of the city. It makes me feel like I am part of the neighborhood. Most people I deal with are local, so we just meet up here or at a nearby cafe. It is a straightforward way to live and work. I don't bother with much else besides getting the job done. Sometimes I take a walk in the evening just to clear my head.
