My name is Devashish Sarkar. My workspace is located at 9/6 Jagat Roy Chowdhuary Road. This is in the Barisha area of Kolkata. The pin code is 700008. Kolkata is a big, busy city, and Barisha is a part of it that has a lot of character. I have been at this address for quite some time now. It’s a standard Kolkata building, nothing too modern. I like the old-style feel of the place. The road outside can get a bit loud with the rickshaws and the people walking to the market. I don't have a big corporate setup. It is just a simple office where I handle my daily tasks. I don't use any complicated systems. Just a computer and some notebooks. I think being practical is the best way to run a business. My neighbors on Jagat Roy Chowdhuary Road are mostly families and other small shops. We all get along well. I don't spend much on decorating the place. It's more about getting the work done than looking pretty. I don't have a mission statement or anything like that. I just wake up, come here, and see what needs to be finished. It’s a very human way of doing things, I guess. If you are in Barisha, you can find me pretty easily. I am usually here throughout the week. Sometimes I take a long lunch break to walk around the neighborhood.
