We are located right at 212 Rash Behari Avenue, which is basically the Gariahat Junction area. If you know South Kolkata, you know how busy it gets around here. Our shop is right in the middle of all that noise and traffic. People drop off their laptops while they go out for shopping or to grab a tea nearby. It’s a small office, mostly filled with stacks of monitors and cardboard boxes. We handle a lot of hardware repairs. Since we are at such a busy crossing, we get all kinds of people walking in. Some are in a huge rush, others just want to sit and talk about what’s wrong with their PC. We do our best to keep up with the pace. It’s not a quiet place to work, but we like being where the action is. Sometimes we deal with software installation, but mostly it's physical repairs like broken hinges or power supply units that have burnt out. The space is tight, so we have to be careful where we put things. There’s always a hum of fans and the sound of horns from the street outside. We've been at this location for a while, so most of the local shopkeepers know us. It’s just a practical spot for anyone in the Gariahat area needing a quick fix for their tech. We stay open pretty late to finish the backlog.
