Astric Computer

Our shop is on the ground floor over at Princep Street. If you know where Hotel Embassy is, we are right near there. It’s a crowded area, especially during the middle of the day. We’ve been at number 23 for a long time. People come to us for computer parts and repairs. It's a small place, often packed with boxes and old monitors. We don't really have a big staff, just a few of us who know our way around a motherboard. Chittaranjan Avenue is always loud, but inside it’s just us working away. We started doing this because we like messing with hardware. It isn’t the cleanest shop in the world, but we know where everything is. You might have to wait a bit if we are busy with a customer, but we eventually get to everyone. Sometimes the lights flicker when the street is busy, but we keep the machines running. We aren't interested in being some big corporate office. We just like being here in the heart of the city where the action is. Most of our regulars are local guys who need a specific cable or a quick fix for their PC. We keep it simple and just focus on the job at hand. It gets hot in the summer, but we have a fan that keeps us going. If you’re walking down Princep Street, just look for the shop near the hotel.
