Creative Design

Creative Design is situated at E/E-16 in Jyangra Battala, over in the Baguiati area. We are right beside the Jyangra Municipality Office, so the area stays pretty busy during the day with people coming and going for their paperwork. Our workspace is simple and sits in a residential-commercial mix. It’s a bit of a walk from the main bus stop, but it’s a familiar spot for everyone around here. Inside, it’s mostly computers and some drawing tablets where we spend most of our hours. The lighting isn't always perfect, but we make it work. Since we are next to the municipality office, we sometimes hear the announcements or the general hubbub from their courtyard during the afternoon. We handle all sorts of design requests that the local people bring to us. Some want a small logo, others need something for their local event or shop. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist; usually, you just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting at the front desk. The air conditioner is a bit old and makes a rattling sound, but it keeps us cool enough during the summer months. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation here. We enjoy the work and the fact that we can help out the businesses in the Baguiati neighborhood with their design needs without making things overly complicated. It’s been our home for a while now and we like the local vibe of the place.
