Sur Electrical Co. Pvt. Ltd. is situated at 3/1, Dr. Suresh Sarkar Road. We’ve been in this building for a long time. It’s an old part of the city, and the architecture shows its age. Our work involves all sorts of electrical stuff. The shop floor is usually covered in wires, switchgear, and various electrical components. It’s a bit of a mess to an outsider, but we know exactly where everything is. Dr. Suresh Sarkar Road has a lot of character. We have regular customers who have been coming to us for decades. They know they can find us here six days a week. We don’t use any high-pressure sales tactics. We just show people what we have in stock and tell them the price. It’s a very grounded way of doing business. The walls of our office are lined with old catalogs and technical manuals that we still use. Sometimes we spend hours troubleshooting a specific electrical issue for a client. It’s not always easy work, and it can be quite tiring. We don't have any fancy awards on the walls or anything like that. Just a calendar and some photos of the family. We start our morning by checking the new arrivals and sorting out the orders. We just want to do a decent job and keep the business running. It’s what we’ve always done. The old ceiling fans keep us cool enough while we work through the pile of tasks.
