Confianza Event Management

We are located at 16/1A, right by the Bazar Srishti Sahayatri Club. Most people in Barisha know where the club is, so we just tell them to look for that. Our office is on Santosh Roay Road. It’s a local spot, nothing too flashy or high-end. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out at different sites because that’s just how the event business goes. Being in Kolkata 700008 means we deal with a lot of local traffic and the usual hustle of the market area. The office is where we keep our files and meet up before heading out. It's a bit cramped sometimes when we have a lot of gear moving in and out, but we make it work. We’ve been around this neighborhood for a bit, so we know the neighbors and the shopkeepers nearby. Managing events is just a lot of logistics and making sure people show up on time. It's not always glamorous like it looks in pictures. There is a lot of heavy lifting and late nights involved. We don't have a big mission statement hung up on the wall. We just try to get the chairs and the lights in the right place. It gets loud around here during festivals, but that’s just life in this part of the city. We are just a small team trying to keep things organized.
