Our office for Chem Impex Corporation Pvt Ltd is over at 18-B on Lake Road. It’s actually a pretty decent spot to work from. Lake Road isn’t as frantic as some of the other commercial areas, which we appreciate when we’re trying to focus on our records. We handle a lot of different things here, mostly involving chemicals and shipping them out to various places. It’s a lot of logistical stuff, so the desk is usually covered in folders and stamps. 18-B is a solid building, nothing too modern, but it does the job for us. We spend a lot of our time on the computer or talking to suppliers to make sure everything is moving along as it should. There are days when things get a bit backed up, especially with the shipping schedules, but that is just part of the business. We don't really go in for any big speeches or mission statements. We are just a group of people working together to make sure the corporation stays on track. The neighborhood around Lake Road is alright, and we usually grab lunch from the small shops nearby. It’s a routine that works for us. We've been at this address for a while and the locals know us. We just try to be fair in our dealings and keep things simple without overcomplicating the day-to-day tasks that need finishing.
