Call Concepts

Call Concepts is located at 156/5C/5D on B.T. Road in the Dunlop area. It is a busy part of the city and there is always something happening right outside our door. We handle a lot of communication stuff here, mostly phones and talking to people. It is the kind of place where it is rarely quiet because someone is always on a call or discussing a project. We have been in this Dunlop spot for a while now and we have gotten used to the rhythm of B.T. Road. The office isn't anything fancy to look at, just desks, chairs, and a lot of wires. We try to keep things simple and just do our jobs without making a big deal out of it. Most of the staff live nearby so we are very much a local business. We don't have any big corporate manifestos or anything like that. We just show up in the morning, put on our headsets, and start working through the list of things we need to do. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time, but we manage just fine. People know us in this neighborhood as the guys who are always on the phone. We just want to provide a helpful hand to anyone who needs our services. It is hard work but it is honest, and we are happy to be part of the Dunlop community.
