C. I. Limited

Our office for C. I. Limited is way up on the 11th floor at 33-A, J.L. Nehru Road. Being on the 11th floor gives us a bit of a view of the city, though we are usually too busy to look out the windows much. J.L. Nehru Road is one of those main roads where there is always something going on. It’s a prestigious address, I suppose, but inside it’s just a normal office with desks and chairs and old files. The elevators can be a bit slow during the lunch hour when everyone is trying to get downstairs. We have been at this location for a while. It’s a big building with lots of other offices, so you see different people in the hallways every day. We just keep to our work. It can get a bit stuffy in the afternoons, so we try to keep the air moving. We aren't some fancy high-tech startup. We're just C. I. Limited, doing our daily tasks. The walk from the metro or the bus stop to 33-A is short, which is nice for the staff. We don't do much in terms of decorating. The walls are plain, and the focus is just on the business at hand. It’s a professional enough spot, but it feels lived in. We handle our mail and our calls and just try to get through the to-do list before it’s time to go home and relax.
