If you can find the restaurant, you can definitely find Brain Turners. The smell of the food from next door is something we have all gotten used to over the years. This isn't a massive educational company. It is just a small local center where we help students with their studies. I wanted to start something that didn't feel like a regular school. We have a few rooms with basic setups. The furniture is a bit mismatched and the walls have some scuff marks, but it is a place where actual learning happens. I have seen so many different types of kids come through here. Some are very bright and others need a lot of extra time. We try to give everyone the attention they need without making a big deal out of it. There are no corporate managers or big offices here. It is just me and a couple of others who help out. Sometimes we stay late into the night during the finals to make sure everyone is ready. It is hard work but it feels right. The street outside is always noisy with cars and people, but we just close the door and get to work. It is a very practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We just do our job and hope for the best for the kids.
