We are located at 1 Chandni Chawk Street, right near Princep Street. This area is famous for all sorts of mechanical and electrical parts, and we fit right in. Our focus is mainly on refrigeration parts and equipment. The shop isn't very large, but we pack it full of compressors, coils, and all the small bits and pieces people need for repairs. It’s often a bit dusty because of all the boxes, but we know where every single item is kept. The street outside is always noisy with rickshaws and delivery vans, which is just part of life here. We’ve been in the refrigeration business for a long time, starting out as a small family unit. Now we are a private limited company, but the way we work hasn't changed much. We still talk to our customers face-to-face and help them figure out which part fits their cooling unit. We don't do much in the way of fancy brochures. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they’re already in the neighborhood looking for parts. If you come by, you’ll probably see us busy checking invoices or moving crates around. It’s hard work, especially when the Kolkata heat kicks in, but we enjoy it. We try to stay stocked up on the common stuff so nobody has to wait too long. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place for people who just want to get their machines running again. That is our daily routine.
